• Cabana Grille/Panoramic Pool Vista
During Cordillera’s early days, our much loved Cabana Grille proved its versatility time and again! It served as our main dining room until the opening of the Main Clubhouse in October 2009, has hosted stunning weddings and receptions, and has seen countless breathtaking sunsets through its west-facing trellis. Our saltwater pool has hosted floating candles, birthday parties, games of Marco Polo and glistened as brides and grooms took their first dance under the stars. Where else can you find such versatility and beauty? We are proud to offer such a fantastic venue at Cordillera Ranch. • Private Dining Room
A spectacular view awaits you in our Private Dining Room. Located adjacent to the wine cellar, this quaint room is the ideal setting for business or personal meetings, luncheons, or dinners. The room accommodates up to fourteen seated guests and includes exclusive access to a vista patio with a private fire pit. Each reservation guarantees you a dedicated server and unique menu created by our culinary team.
